The second piece of information that must accompany this form is a statement by the administrator of the SEP IRA. The statement informs that in case of any amendments to SEP IRA, the employee's would be provided written intimation within thirty days of the said amendment going into effect. The information must be accompanied with a detailed explanation about the effects of said amendment. Tis must be delivered in written as well. Finally the administrator must also inform right at the time of giving the form that he would be informed about the contributions being made to his IRA by the 31 January of year.
